Listening First
Every student and family deserves to be heard.
Good decisions begin by listening.
I'll be accessible, attend community events, visit schools, and make myself available throughout my term, not just during election season.
As trustee, I will bring the concerns of Wards 11 and 12 directly to the Board and ensure students and families receive respectful, timely communication.
Supporting Every Student
Every student deserves the opportunity to succeed.
Students learn differently.
Some require additional supports, specialized programming, or education assistants to reach their full potential.
I'll advocate for resources that help students thrive while asking thoughtful questions about how those supports are delivered and measured.
Safer Schools
Safe schools deserve more than policies.
Parents deserve confidence that school safety policies are being consistently implemented, reviewed, and producing meaningful results.
I'll advocate for better reporting, stronger communication, and evidence that safety initiatives are working, not simply that they exist.
Open Communication
Trust begins with communication.
Families should never feel ignored.
I'll work toward a culture where concerns are acknowledged, questions receive meaningful answers, and Board decisions are communicated clearly and transparently.

Accountable Leadership
Decisions should be based on facts.
With more than 17 years managing operations, budgets, and complex organizations, I understand accountability.
I'll ask thoughtful questions, review information carefully, and advocate for practical solutions that place students first while respecting taxpayers.
